Dr O'Brien was my pain doctor but he was not going to help me with my foot pain he didn't have any X-ray shots of my foot and now I go to Prisma and they were very very good and found out that I have a tumor in my left foot that you All failed to check it out when I kept complaining about it so much that you made the decision to let me Go and now I have a tumor that if you. Would have found out 2 years ago but you don't Care about your patients and know I'm looking into filing a malpractice grievance against you and Carolina spine and pain

My Doctor is Dr.J.O'QUINN not only professional but takes the time to find out where your pains are coming from. Since becoming a patient I have had physical therapy order through this medical practice. At this time my symptoms were so severe if I didn't knobetter I would have thought I had suffered a stroke on my left side. With continuous on going treatment I've hade a MRI on the area that is causing debilitating pain while compounding with another condition. My treatment is on going and continuous strides are being made to help me retain my quality of life. I will not refute another experience. I will say after almost 3 years and more than one network. Between Carolina Spine and Pain Centers specifically Dr.J.O'QUINN and those the work him and the lexington Medical Center Network. I am more mobile now than I have been in 3 years.

I've had two injections so far with Dr. Hamilton. The first one didn't really do much for relief. Dr. Hamilton asked more questions and I told him I had PCOS as well. He said he thinks I actually have sacroiliac joint disfunction which he thought was the cause of my pain. So the second injection he did in a different location for that. And that was the most pain relief I have had since I had back problems since 2006. No other doctor has ever suggested it was sacroiliac joint disfunction. I'm so thankful for him and figuring out that that is where the pain is from. Also him and the tech that administer the shpts are so kind to me when they do it as they know I have severe anxiety issues.

The doctor told me he would not prescribe much needed pain medication for my back, because I was taking prescribed chlonazapam for dystonia blepherospasm seizures. I take 4 mg per day and it is not uncommon for patients with my symptoms to take up to 20mg per day. Do some research, Doc. I was having seizures when I was speaking with him. I think he prejudiced me or didn't like me and decided he wasn't working with me. I waited 3 months for the appointment, after having a heart attack. I know chlonazapam is prescribed with pain medications, as I've had these issues for 20 years, and my doctors have always prescribed them. He was very short and very obviously did not want to work with me.
