“I have NEVER been treated so bad in my life, I arrived for my appointment 20 mins early, the receptionist asks did I have my packet they mailed to me, I said no, I never received it, she proceeded to hand me an appointment card for mid October, along with the packet and told me to come back at that time, now mind you I have been waiting for this appointment for almost 3 months, I was TWENTY minutes early and had plenty of time to fill the 10 sheets of paper out, they refused and said NO because I wouldn't have time. The medical assistant then opens the door and tells me to leave. Even if I really needed to see this doctor I refuse to now because his staff is heartless and rude. The 10 minutes they spent arguing with me I could've had the paperwork done and still been 10 minutes early for my appointment, they're careless and miserable and should find another career.”

“The receptionist is an insensitive ***** . Gonna be a few minutes late, called to let them know..I mean, at least I called. She made me reschedule! I live 45 minutes and was nice and tried to let them know I got caught in traffic in lake lure. She didn't care one bit. Gonna be ten minutes late nope she didn't care. I was 3 minutes from the office! Maybe if she was in pain constantly she would be a little more understanding. She needs to change jobs if she has no sympathy/empathy for her patients. I wouldn't trade him for another, for anything. And the nurse is very friendly and helpful.
