“I was dismissed as a patient here, because my phones voice mail was full and they couldn't reach me to call me in for a pill count. I have been going here for several years and I've only had one issue and that was because I took a gummy that I thought was permitted and it tested positive. I have never had a bad urine before or since. I don't understand. I was out of state with my fiance, who was in a terrible car accident and unfortunately I forgot my phone at home. I checked it as soon as I got home and called them the next day. I was told then that I was dismissed and they wouldn't allow me to talk to Ashley, to tell her what happened. I still have not been able to talk to Ashley to explain, so I'm stuck with no pain Dr and they won't even refer me to another pain clinic. I was up to 6 Perc 10s a day and when they dismissed me, they even called my drug store and canceled the prescription that I was gonna fill that day. So, I don't even have enough medication to get me through, till I find another Dr. If anybody has any ideas on a pain Dr that won't screw over their patients, please let me know.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Ashley for about 2 months. She is very caring and has always listened the what I had to say. I had been to about 4 pain clinic's and was not able to get the help I needed. I don't understand why some people on here post that everyone in the office is rude. I have not had any problems whatsoever with anyone. They do have their rule, and if you follow them everything seems great. With all the rules that the US Government has on any doctor that writes pain medication for someone, I can understand why the rules are there. They don't want to loose their job, not to mention their license.”

“DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE , I was discharged because I could not get to office within a time limit they set for a random urine test , I begged them to allow me to come in later that same day but the nurse was VERY RUDE and told me if I wasn't there in time I would be discharged , at this time I had been a patient there for 5 years and had NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH MY MONTHLY URINE TESTING.... And this has followed me for years , makes me look like a drug seeker AND THAT I AM NOT , I HAVE LEGITIMATE PAIN !!!!!!!”

“As a new patient, I would have never expected, the rudeness, nastiest, and unprofessionalism of the staff/receptionist ,they care nothing about the patients or their needs, all of them need to be retrained or fired! There is no scale to rate them only zeros apply.In turn this hurts the business..My doctor was exceptional,however the receptionist/staff determines if you're ever get an appointment to even see them!! They are so rude ,nasty and so unprofessional!!”
