“Edit: The helpful staff were suddenly fired and/or quit. The clinic is no longer in business. This place has saved my life. If you are truly suffering, they will listen, they will help. Laura Liston is incredibly knowledgeable and her passion for helping patients is commendable. The staff is great as well, I've been treated exceptionally at every visit, by all staff, for several years now. The lower ratings are not deserved. The clinic has rule rules, as do as any place of business, but when you are on controlled medication, these rules can save your life. Expect urine and blood screening, pill counting (to ensure that you are not selling the meds or taking too much) and these checks are for trust. Some people have problems with these rules and get very upset when the doctors enforce them. Then, they jump online to voice their unhappiness. “All I have to say is yikes on bikes! I've been a patient now for over 4-5 years. I strictly see dr.a and love him to pieces. The office staff however will make you spit nails. I called in after being told by Dr.A I needed to have them fix my appointment times as the ones they have randomly given me aren't conducive to my personal life. When I explained this I was told it didn't matter because it was telemedicine....it does matter, at the time they have decided to randomly move my appointments to as to when I have always scheduled my appointments is when I'm getting my kiddo from school and cannot do a telemedicine appointment. When explaining this to whomever was on the other end of the phone she copped a massive attitude and hung up on me because I told her I always had my Appointments in the morning and that's where they needed to stay for my schedule. It wasn't April it was someone else in the office. I've told many people about the amazing care Dr.A has given me over the years and I'm thankful for his care, I am super turned off by the office staff and their attitude. Thank you Dr.A for amazing care, PLEASE for the love of all that's holy get better and well trained office staff . The ones in the office now make me cringe when I call in to fix an issue.”

“I reviewed them after my first visit. Dr. Aranoff is the best, he spent so much time with me. Every month I go in and see the nurse practitioners, who spend an hour with me talking, checking vitals, they are more thorough and caring about my health than any dr. I've ever gone to. I never have to wait. Plus if I need to talk to someone in their office or have them send a form, they answer immediately and do everything immediately. And no, I don't work for them or are related,they are just that good. Also front desk people and other nurses are friendly and wonderful”

“Went here for well over 2 years and had a great experience. The past 2 times I went they told me my urine was positive for morphine. The first time I figured it was something on their end, but the second time (a week later) had me very concerned. And of course they didn't believe me when I said I didn't take anything. I went straight to my pcp after the second visit and my urine did NOT have morphine. I also took an at home test which was clean. I truly believe that lady who handles the urine either wanted me gone or just didn't handle the cups correctly. I voluntarily stopped going here.”
