Patient Testimonials

I had an accident and called Brad, who got me right in. My wait was short and I was handled professionally by all. Brad was great, he had my X-rays and explained the nature of my issue, that I understood very well what was going on with my shoulder. He took the time to know that I understood what was going on. He never made me feel rushed or my questions were not important. I left there feeling confident that I had received services second to none. I will not hesitate to have him examine my issues at anytime.

Very impressed with Brittany. The injection was pinpointed perfectly. She's very knowledgeable and very good at what she does. I've had these before, and they've been painful. She felt around till she found the right place and took her time. She was very polite and easy to discuss my symptoms. . The ease of getting in and out of the office was an unexpected perk. My injection went swiftly, and I benefited almost immediately. I will return

Samantha was excellent. She took her time (unusual in this day and age) and answered every question we had. She is also kind and caring. Her recommendation of an injection was perfect for my wife. We would absolutely recommend her to anyone.

I write this review with genuine disappointment, because my concerns are not with the physicians at this facility. The medical care I received from the doctors has been excellent, and I have great respect for them. Unfortunately, I am choosing to leave this practice due to the unprofessional and discourteous treatment I experienced from the scheduling and administrative staff. For context, I am a 30-year-old navigating serious and painful spinal issues for the first time. This process has been overwhelming and unfamiliar, and I have been doing my best to understand the medical and insurance steps involved. I was scheduled for a medically necessary injection for significant back pain and spondylolisthesis, but my insurance denied the claim pending additional documentation. My appointment was canceled the day before, and the scheduler, Brianna, told me she would coordinate with the insurance company and contact me with updates. After ten days with no communication, I left several voicemails and sent multiple emails asking for a brief status update. I did not receive a response to any of them. After calling the front desk multiple times and repeatedly being directed to voicemail, I finally reached the scheduler. From the beginning of the call, I was met with clear irritation and a dismissive tone. When I attempted to explain that I simply wanted an update and to understand who I should be communicating with going forward, I was repeatedly cut off. I was told that I was "calling into question their ability to do their job" and was advised to find a new doctor. At no point was I rude or demanding -- I was only asking for basic communication about a delayed procedure that directly affects my pain and quality of life. As someone new to managing chronic health issues, I was only seeking guidance and support. Instead, I encountered hostility, impatience, and a startling lack of empathy. I even attempted to contact the office manager to discuss the situation, and days later I still have not received a return call. No patient should be made to feel like a burden for seeking clarity about their own care, especially when dealing with significant pain and complex insurance processes. Administrative staff serve as the bridge between patients and providers, and in this case, that bridge failed entirely. It is truly unfortunate, because the physicians here deserve better representation and support from their staff. I am leaving this practice solely because of the way I was treated by the scheduling team -- not because of the doctors themselves. I sincerely hope this feedback leads to improved professionalism, communication, and compassion for future patients who rely on support in managing their health.
