Patient Testimonials

I have called several times regarding my dads medicine and literally just got off the phone with the medication nurse and being a nurse myself, I know the way she responded to me simply asking for a diagnosis code in order to get my dads meds filled for him is unacceptable!!!! This is the second month in a row that he hasn't been able to get his meds on time but she rudely advised me that she would do it when she had time!!! It's your job, do your job! Treat people the way you want your family members to be treated!!! I hope this nurse has the day she deserves!!!!!

I went for bilateral calcaneal fractures that still hurt almost 2 yrs post op. They got me in super fast, were very nice and friendly. The doctor listened, and came up with a plan that did not include opiates as I'm not a fan of addiction. I was apprehensive given the low reviews, but perhaps people had different hopes and expectations than I did. I'm very happy with my first appt, and I'll update this review if that changes.

I have read these so called complaints from others. If you're prescribed a medication and it doesn't help it's just the wrong one for your body chemistry not that a doctor gave you the wrong medication. If a doctor doesn't listen to you then make yourself known , make them listen to you or ask for a different doctor. Personally I see Dr. Nicholas Clark and he is wonderful. Listens to my concerns, answers any question, takes his time, and I am a harder case to treat unfortunately because of other serious health issues. I DEFINITELY WOULD recommend him to others.
