“First of all - the staff is friendly. Everyone says "hi". Secondly - I have not had to sit in the waiting room past my appointment time. Mind you I show up a few minutes before my appointment, but still I don't have to sit in the waiting room very long after I arrive. Dr Mosley is friendly. He put together a treatment option for my lower back pain right away. I don't want to take narcotics for the rest of my life - so I was not going there for that. That made me happy he is trying to solve my problem with other treatments before discussing surgery. I have always been leery going to pain management clinics because I have had such bad luck in the last 24 years I have been sick. I developed Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was 30 years old. I have had joints replaced and I was in a wheelchair for 4 years at one point. Once I got out the wheelchair and got new knees so I could walk/drive/be independent again - my back pain kicked in high gear. I have been living with this back for about 12 years. I did actually see a surgeon a couple of years ago (Ohio Health Westerville) who fat shamed me. Dr Mosley did NOT fat shame me. Not once did he mention my 250lb 5'4" body and suggest I lose weight and my back pain will go away. My goal is to get this back pain under control (without a slew of narcotics) so I can go to the park and walk - so I can use my exercise machine for longer then 5 minutes because my back is killing me - so I can sleep in my bed (and not on the couch) because my back is not killing me. I think Dr Mosley can help me with that.”
