“Capitol Pain is awesome, I was really impressed! Yesterday 1/28/25 was my first visit, so naturally I was nervous. Pain clinics in general are hard, because you never know what kind of welcome you will get. Some Doctors and staff have no compassion, they just go through the motions, others treat you like they are doing you a favor by taking time to see you, or they think you don't need to be there, while I can understand that they deal with people day in and day out , some of which aren't there for the right reasons, I think the majority of the folks who go to a pain clinic really need the help.Lord knows I appreciate everything they do for me! I've lived with chronic pain since an automobile accident in 1996. So I was pleasantly surprised yesterday when I got to Capitol Pain, the entire staff was super friendly. I seen Dr Andres , on Ring Rd in E-town Ky. Abigail was the nurse who took my vitals and went over my chart, she was super sweet. Dr Andres was Awesome, I wasn't rushed. He was friendly, patient, compassionate, and he listened to everything I told him. I am so glad that I made the long trip to see them. I live 88 miles away. But my experience made every mile worth it!”

“I feel all of the NP and Dr are wonderful. I believe they do have my best interest at heart. The nurses and receptionist are great,as well. The only negative would be trying to get hold of a real person in the office. I wish we could call and get a receptionist or nurse,if needed. Without going through other sources. Great job to all!!!”

“This pain management clinic is amazing, the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful. Also, the doctors are the same. I had a family emergency and couldn't make it to appointment and they worked with me to reschedule. And I called back for an earlier appointment and they got me the earliest appointment. The appointment was scheduled a week and half from my originally scheduled appointment. I really did appreciate them for their help and understanding.”

“I had a very good experience here at the Elizabethtown office of Capitol Pain Institute. I usually see the Louisville office but due to my husband's schedule with his heart failure doctor appointment I had to reschedule my regular monthly appointment and I was able to be seen at this office. Everyone was very kind and respectful and was quick and efficient with getting patients to their designated areas. It was not a long wait before I was called back maybe 5 minutes. The person doing the vitals was very nice and done her job very well and was also knowledgeable and asked the appropriate questions that would be expected. I'm very familiar with the doctor as I see her also in the Louisville location. I have always been treated very good at Capitol Pain Institute and have been with them for going on 3 years and plan on it being many more years to come. I would highly recommend this pain management program to anyone needing this kind of medical care not only do they have very knowledgeable medical providers but the entire office personnel are the kindest and most respectful of any pain management program that I have visited.
