Patient Testimonials

The providers at CPI Colorado Springs, are some of the best that I have seen, particularly Dr. Myer and Patience Jukiewicz. They are compassionate, very knowledgeable, and make me feel valued as a person. Living with chronic pain can be incredibly difficult. It is so much worse when you feel as if no one is really on your side, or even cares about what you are going through. I always leave CPI feeling confident that someone has my best interest at heart and is willing to help me face these challenges with their medical expertise. As a person who tends to be nervous about medical interventions, I also love that they are very supportive and helpful in regards to recommending more conservative approaches to controlling chronic pain. In many cases, there are a lot of things we, as patients, can do for ourselves. When I discuss my personal "tools" with them, I can tell they honestly appreciate what I am trying to do. In regards to the business staff... I have to say that I have not been to a medical facility where they are so friendly since my family dentist when I was a teenager. I have received a polite and warm welcome every single time I have come to an appointment at CPI. Even the folks I have spoken to on the phone system were very nice. That is not all that common in the Medical Industry these days. I highly recommend CPI!

Your one of the worst pain management companies ever dealt with. Called several times about my medicine and they don't call it in or even say why they Are not doing it. They called to change my appointment, I ride silver key and they need two weeks notice to reschedule a ride, so I reset my appointment as your company said with a voicemail which I still have. Then they tell me that they didn't do that and my appointment was on the same day as before after I cancelled my silver key ride and had to reschedule it. I reschedule my appointment first as I was told to do by your doctors. Now they will not give me my medicine. I have a lot of pain and Federal law says that you can't leave any one in pain or leave them without their medication. You have done this to me and as I found out you have been playing this game with several other people. Trying to charge for two visits or something? It is bad enough you charge $800 for an office visit and more if I see the doctor just to get my refills. If it wasn't the law of this dumb state I would never go, the cruelty is over wellming.

I have had 2 appointments at Capital Pain Institute and both times I felt acknowledged. Both Dr Meyers and Patience, his PA seemed knowledgeable and were kind. They are in their own one story building and disabled parking was right in front of the building.

I had a referral sent to Capitol Pain Institute and have been waiting for a week to get scheduled. The referral has already been approved through Tricare but I keep getting the runaround with the scheduling people. I asked to talk with someone so they could explain why I have been waiting and no one has called me back. Very poor communication with the scheduling department, I can't image what the office will be like. Highly disappointing, I do not recommend this office.
