“Nice people, Terrible Service. Reading though the low star reviews goes consistent with my experience. I've been here 8-10 times because I was sent here through Work Comp. This office is very outdated. Months of excuses from systems changes or phones down. Dr. Kim and Dr. Leano seem great, so it may be the office staff?, because literally nothing gets done that is supposed to after you leave. It's like everything that was just said goes out the window and you come back for your follow up and they haven't requested or completed anything that they said they would 6 weeks later. The patient is the one waiting in pain so after months of excuses of them not doing their jobs, it gets old. I am tired of having to call them constantly to remind them of what they are supposed to be doing, and that's if the phone lines will even go through. You'll pretty much be nothing but frustrated with this place unfortunately.”

“I called to see why I still haven't been seen since my referral in May. The receptionist said that she had my chart then put me on hold for at least 30 min then transferred me to any person that knew nothing about anything so I had to give my info to her again while she sounded like she had a attitude and smart . She ask me what insurance do I have I told her and she said if I had medical they did not except that. Put me on hold again for a long time and ask me did I want morning or after noons. Then I then ask to speak to a manager or supervisor because she acted like she could not hear me. She said it was none but the doctors and their busy. I said maybe I should come up there maybe you would have more respect for me. She that would not matter and put me on hold again. What ever was the reason I was not seen since May of this year I'm glad I did not come there. They are so rude, angry ,disrespectful talk over you when you're trying to speak and immature playing phone tags. I would really love to speak to a doctor about this matter because I know this is not the first time. I'm sick of even thinking of that place they treat there potential clients horrible or maybe it's just me. I hope everyone there have a blessed day.”

“Never respond to calls. They have confirmed receipt of medical records yet refuse to call back. It's been months. You'll never speak with anyone except their answering service. Call backs will be promised and never followed through. Great disappointment Dr Sharon Leano”
