“I was referred to this office by my chiropractor to hopefully get some form of shot in my back. When I made the appt I asked how long I would be there, at which time I made it clear I had an appt and that I thought I'd be cutting it close. She assured me I would be there 30 minutes. Well, after sitting 42 mins and not seeing one person get called back to be seen, and the fact I had my other appt I had to be at, I had to let them know I had to leave. No apologies, no nothing. Kinda surprised me but oh well. Dr. Blake, it's really unfortunate when physicians don't respect their patients time, like we're suppose to respect yours by showing up on time. Just something to consider. Really frustrating because here I am still sitting here with this back pain, and wasted nearly two hours of my day when you consider the drive time and sitting there waiting.”
