“The review has two parts Dr Cameron Kluth 5 stars plus. The main problem is that he left this practice at the end of October and went somewhere else. He is kind and compassionate and has helped me tremendously with my lower back pain. I called at least 6 times in December to schedule an appointment and left several detailed messages. Office Manager Tara did eventually call me back in January and informed me they don't answer the phone after 2 pm. The hours listed on their door are 8am to 430pm. And on Thursday and Friday they leave early but still don't answer the phone. I know this because I tried 3 separate Fridays called and went straight to voicemail at 145pm EST again. I went to voicemail. I am personally sick of their changes. Now I find out that the replacement Dr can not take Careplus yet because he's not yet authorized yet to accept my insurance. I can only see Raul for my refills. I am calling my insurance company tomorrow to find out what my options are because I do need my medicines, but the injections help me more than shoving pills into my body!”
