“I had an excellent experience with California Pain Specialists. I had been to over six sturgeons and pain management doctors and the only thing I could get was medication or surgery. The doctor at California Pain Specialists was incredibly kind took the time to explain to me what he was going to do and how he was going to do it and what I should expect and what the realistic expectations really are from a radio frequency ablation. I was in a 10 out of 10 pain for two years, like slam your hand in a car door and you can't remember what your own name is level of pain for over two years. It took 18 days for the nerves to die research and come back to life and then die again and at day 18 the pain level was 50% of what it was for 2 1/2 years. Prior to this procedure I slept 3.5 hours at most and it was broken up every 5-15 minutes, waking up in pain, Unable to sleep a full night, crying trying to find a solution and nobody could help me. These people did. I can't recommend them highly enough. Everybody there is caring and kind and empathetic. They genuinely like to help people. Once in a while, you gotta call him three times before they call you back, but it was worth it. I'm back to sleep in six hours a night and I might wake up once.”

“I have had an insurance referral since March 2, 2022 and have only received a package with paperwork (postmarked March 30th) to complete and "bring to your appointment". I have never received a call to set an appointment and I have not received a single call back from 5 messages I have left, starting on April 13th. I went to the location to find the door locked and a sign to "call to set an appointment", which I did and still have not heard back. Very unprofessional and the medical licensing board should investigate!!”
