“Terrible service and unprofessional front desk experience. Don't bother coming here I joined my scheduled video appointment, but my doctor never showed up. When I called the office to ask what happened, the front desk staff told me the appointments were cancelled. I explained that I never received any call, message, or notification, and I asked for the rescheduled date and time. Instead of helping, she repeatedly told me to "check my voicemail." I told her I don't have any missed voicemails, and she responded that she wasn't going to argue with me and hung up. I called back to try again, and she repeated the same response and hung up a second time. I attached her response later to me on message.. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. Patients deserve clear communication and basic courtesy--especially when appointments are cancelled without notice.”

“Don't bother coming here. They don't care about their patients. All they care for is making a quick buck from people who have been real pain. Recently had a friend visit this clinic to get treatment. He was informed that he had to wait to get approval for the treatment, which is not unusual. In the meantime they were going to prescribe medication to help alleviate the pain he's in. This was on a Tuesday. We checked with the pharmacy and nothing was sent. We followed up with the clinic and he was given the run around. Told it would be sent by end of day. A week later, nothing was ever done. Additionally, they make it impossible to reach them and speak to someone on the phone.”
