Unfortunately I have some permanent back issues, disc's & aging deterioration but the special injections that look scary but then aren't because...Dr. Zhao knows what he is doing, actually work. Neck injection today and I can turn my head again within 3 minutes. He's the best. Appointment times are reasonable and my insurance covers 97% of my treatments. And 1st floor is the nicest acupuncturist you'll meet.”

“Bad experience. We had an appointment and we arrived at time (we actually arrived 10mins earlier), then we waited more than a hour, and the nurse at front told us there are still two patients before us. What is the point I made an appointment ?! This was not the first time happened to us!! The worse time we waited was more than two hours. We waited in the front ,then when they called us, we went to another room for waiting. The Doctor we visited is only work on Thursday, but I think he handle more patience than he capable of so he can earn more. Btw the front desk was not than friendly when I asked how long I still need to wait. I am about to find another specialist, I can't waste half day in there every time I visit.”

There are some days that you have to wait to see the doctor and your appointment time may be delay, but that is because Dr. Zhao takes his time with each patient and often performs urgent procedures, like he did on me on several occasions. He is a great doctor who cares and listen to all your complains. I am so glad I found him and his team. His office is very clean, and peaceful. The front desk very polite and professional. They do charge a fee for the use of credit card, but I did my research and it is legal, according to the California department of justice. This doctor is definitely worth the drive and wait!”
