“I want to give this practice a 5 I love the doctor's I love love love the nurse practitioner Angela sweet and compassionate...the nurses in the back who work with here are a special breed of person that truly care about their patients the reason I had to give the practice a 1* is because the ladies in the office let down the whole practice. Why don't they answer the phone....ever...and I don't know if the office ladies get pissed but the never call you back. Never ever . I have anxiety and control it without medication ...after dealing with the office staff I am so frustrated and angry my anxiety is so bad it takes me hours to calm down. “My doctor referred me here, and at first, it took over three months just to reach someone. (They were supposed to call me, but never did). Every phone number either says the office is closed, or sends me to a disconnected wireless number. The one working phone number sends me to someone's voicemail, and I left many messages but never gotten a call back. Update: After these fruitless months, I finally got an appointment. The wait times are long, but I was reasonably pleased with the staff. The nurses were all helpful and friendly, and they did a really good job of addressing my pain issue. One doctor was great, but he's gone. The other, not so much, but he was adequate. Same with the NP I was eventually assigned to. I know they are perfectly qualified, but sometimes NP's seem much more reluctant to try different procedures than doctors. That's been my experience, anyway.”
