“Dr Butz said he'd fill his patients prescription in December his last month in business, He lied. He said he'd refer a new doctor, he lied. Ive been out of meds since the 26th that he promised to fill. I spoke with his staff on 12/19/24 and they said they'd send my prescriptions to the pharmacy, they lied. Don't ever see Doctor Butz because you won't get the care he promised in his Contract. Ive been calling the office past 2 weeks leaving messages, and no one returned my calls. The message left on Dr Butz was they would be in the office until 12/31/24, that was a lie. I drove all the way to his office and it had been closed for 2 weeks. I will be reporting Dr Butz to the California board of medicine for failing to keep his end of our contract and causing me extreme harm with withdrawals.. I was Dr Butz oldest patient, and he treated me horrible on his way out!!”

“Yeah I can talk to my Care cornator that works for my insurance I can transfer to another pain doctor and I can sign for the new doctor to get my records from the New Mexico pain center .. Dr nogozi Angela nkadi is not good Dr.. she's from a foreign country and she will do things behind your back after you say NO on something and lie about their no good Lab. Dr nogozi Angela nkadi need to go back to her country and stay there and never come back to USA I truly like Dr bonis . I just found out that Dr bonis is only doing the procedure that's it well that's not acceptable to se that fake Dr nogozi Angela nkadi is no good”
