“Go try other pain management places and I promise you won't find a better caring staff than the ones who work here you won't get better treatment anywhere I've been doing this for decades and I've had my share of drug dealing doctors and doctors who just want to get you addicted so they have security on there income these people here and in Tahlequah care about you and about getting your pain down so you can be somewhat normal and they've done a amazing job getting the place back up and running after Losing there doctor so again thank you so much for all the effort you put into making sure me and my wife are taken care of and I know if they treat this old dog good they got to treat you good .. woof woof.. “Unfortunately the doctor is good but they do not know a thing about insurance. I have met my maximum out of pocket which means I am covered by insurance at 100%. I do not owe anything for medical services. Despite this, they continue to bill me a copay to be seen. I advised them of this, and my insurance company left them a voicemail (because they rarely answer the phone) letting them know as well. The claim for my last visit processed and I owe $0 but was charged $40. This is fraudulent billing and the provider is purposely doing this. I have reported the office to the Oklahoma medical board of licensure and supervision. I wouldn't go here if I were you.”
