What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“Worst place ever... unempathic complete lack of compassion or even perform basic due diligence so the basic standard of care is met. The play pass the buck when it comes to managing pain. For context I have chronic pain due to old injuries and wss in a mva (not my fault hit from behind and their response to my exacerbated pain was to tell me "they don't do with acute pain". Then they tell me to go get an MRI but don't tell me if they've reached out to the adjuster or obtain the authorization from the insurance to do this Imaging. I have over 20 years in the medical field and am well versed in prior authorization and insurance red tape and can't get a clear answer on that basic question. I have the screenshots to prove it but it's really disappointing that instead of addressing my issues and addressing my pain they would rather give me a list of somewhere else to go and not respond to any of my messages. I've also asked for a patient advocate to reach out to me and have not heard from them. So because I know what needs to be done first I have not scheduled, but what really bothers me is is this how they would treat someone who is looking for help and are left with more questions than answers all they tell you is they don't treat acute pain so if you're in real pain do not come to this Clinic they do not care”

“My wife has been a patient and pain management there for approximately 4 and 1/2 years. The first two and a half years was excellent. The doctor was caring and listens to us. He treated her like a human being rather than a drug seeker. And he listened to my opinion on things. This clinic has taken an absolute nose dive since Dr Ross left. I thought maybe my wife's doctor had an issue with me because I act as her advocate and she clearly resents that. My wife's last visit we sent my daughter in my place. The experience was just as frustrating.”

“Doctor Yi saved me! Gel shots in my knees not only helped swelling and pain, but gave me my life back!! I'm a active person who loves the outdoors and physical labor.. mentally I felt so depressed and overwhelmed with not being able to walk or stand. I feel so much better and she is wonderful at giving the injections.. very worth a pinch for a whole lot of relief!!”

“The first doctor I had was Dr. Mishna and he was a misogynistic d*** who only shook my husband's hand and asked him questions about my condition. Then told me my upper back pain is because of my period. I've since transferred to another doctor who only works mondays and never responds to messages. Whenever I get Rx's filled, they take days to fill, get sent to the wrong pharmacy, and by the time they get it sorted I have run out of my meds and am in a lot of pain. There are never appointments. I do not recommend this place. At all.”
