“I have NEVER been to a dr office where I could NOT bring anyone back to consult with Dr. I was supposed to memorize all the upcoming visit/procedure and had to guess what my companion's questions would be. Dr Le said it was because he was punched previously. So instead of having another staff member with him the Dr punishes all the other patients instead of finding an alternative method. Then after I had procedure I arrived at office for follow up next day. I had been involved in a major negative incident and I knew my blood pressure was extremely high. I told staff this but they absolutely REFUSED to let me see the PA until the BP was done. I very adamantly stated no I didn't want that done at that moment. They threatened to call the police. I got up and stormed out of office stating quite loudly that their office policies are ridiculous. I will NEVER use or refer this place to anyone.”
