“I am not a patient of Dr Goentzel, but called and talked to someone in the office to see of he did pain blocks for painful trigeminal neuralgia. Was told that he did, and asked if he did it under any kind of anesthesia. I was told NO anesthesia. This is so painful that a bed sheet touching it at night will wake you. I did research, and found that this TN pain block HAS to be done under some sort of anesthesia. Don't know why I was given the misinformation!”
