What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I was sent to Dr. Stewart through The Orthopaedic Institute for pain management of my hip. Shortly after I received a notice to get an MRI and therapy for my neck which I did. It cost me over &350.00 out of pocket plus my time. I went to therapy and they told me a back brace and wheelchair was ordered for me. I questioned the MRI and therapy but the therapy department said they'd check check into it but never got back to me. A few weeks later I had a follow up with Dr. Stewart who was still with the Orthopaedic Institute. I asked him about why I had an MRI done for my neck. He chuckled and said that it was not for me but another patient and he had sent a stop order but it never made it to me. What negligence! I went today to get a refund of my money and they told they are NOT the Orthopaedic Institute but acute Pain Management (all of their signage has changed). They told me They had no idea who put in the orders for MRI and wheelchair and they had a stop on therapy but I was never told. They said take it up with Orthopaedic institute but they won't answer emails or calls. I went and got my records from Invision and FOI and Dr. Stewart's name is in the order! They do t answer their phone! What a sad day in medicine! They would not even print me a copy of their files for me to take to the Orthopaedic Institute. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$”

“I arrived on time went through signing in and and sat in exam room and the doctor walked in and looked at my medication that I'm taking and then he said he will not help me at all and I am to receive my money back. It's been a few days and I have not received what the doctor said I would receive back my payment. New review: It's been couple months finally I have received reimbursement. I do not know about the Dr. I only delt with the front deck.”

“They have treated me with reasonable options.Dr. Stewart and P.A.Heather are highly experienced compared to other Doctors I've been to.The other practices have been good experience also”

“My mother has been seeing Dr. Stewart for a month or two, she has been trying to get an injection and having issues with this. Dr. Stewart overall has been fine, however his nursing staff have not. My mother has been accused of being drug seeking by the nurse and talked down to by the nursing staff/front desk staff. The pain management staff told my mother over the phone "Everyone is in pain" after crying over the phone and begging for help with the pain she has been enduring for nearly 3 months straight. I as an LPN myself, I am disgusted and appalled by the attitude from the nursing staff and how they have treated her.”
