“If I could give no stars, I would. I've been in pain management for 9 years, and dealing with pain for 11. I've done all the physical therapy and injections and holistic approaches for my pain. As soon as I told Dr. Singer I wouldn't be open to injections he threw my file at his nurse, kicked his stool, and said "Then we're done here." And stormed out. It was absolutely the most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. He also stated that my injections didn't work because they were doing them wrong and called my old doctor a quack. What he didn't know is that I had the same injections for a YEAR with a doctor prior to my last pain doctor, and also tried them with the second doctor. They didn't work, were expensive, and created more pain in my back and sensitivity at my epidural sight. My husband said we wouldn't be paying for an appointment that nothing was done at and the manager tried to justify his actions and told us we had to because we had seen several staff members and had been helped. I don't see telling the other staff members about my pain as help. Just all around an entirely unprofessional place to go and I wouldn't step foot into that office again if they were paying me.”
