“Everything was fine when I first started there. Dr. Brashiers was super nice & really seemed to listen. Then I got switched to Annie. I had multiple issues going on with multiple surgeries coming up. I was 100 % honest with them on everything. The neurosurgeon said I wasn't a candidate for surgery or injections so meds were my only source of relief. I went to my last appointment & asked Annie to please keep me on my same meds until after my oral surgery at least. Not only did that not happen , but I received a letter of them dropping me . I went into my patient portal to see their reasoning behind this & almost fainted when I read what they had written. They said I had "Underlying Psychiatric Issues " SERIOUSLY?? Well , I contacted the people who read these reviews and comments hoping it would get me somewhere. I talked to a guy & he told me he'd look into it and get back with me the next day. We'll, it's been way over a week with no response. I've left numerous messages but still nothing. Totally unprofessional.”
