Boomerang Healthcare - Pain Management in Modesto, California

“My doctor wrote a note telling Boomerang to maximize my telemed appointments due to numerous health issues I have. They said the best they can do is every other month. If I'm not mistaken, that is illegal according to the ADA. ( Americans with Dusabilities Act). I asked for a referral to another clinic, but I was asked to wait until a supervisor was contacted....again. I've been going to the same office for about 15 years. The only reason I can think of for them to ignore the note from my doctor, is pure greed. I would think a patients health and well being would be their #1 priority. Should something happen to me while I'm there or even getting ready for an appointment and they've ignored my doctor??? 8 months ago I received an email saying they were now proudly offering telemed appointments for their patients. Where? Certainly not at this office. The providers are good here. They also agree that I shouldn't have to go in. They have done their best to intercede on my behalf to no avail. Is the supervisor a medical doctor? I doubt it. Who are they to say anything about my health?”
