“For my very first visit to this clinic, I found that people were not very friendly at all. There are signs that say customers need to treat the staff with the utmost respect yet it is not returned. In fact, you are treated as a lesser than human person, the doctor himself gives very mixed messages. First, you were told you can have a shot and you were told to come back at a certain pain level and when you do return at a certain pain level, you were told to go home and do more yoga and then you were told why did you stay away so longand you say it is because you told me to go home and do more yoga the location of the facility is awesome, but honestly, the bedside manner is harsh. The people who work there are rather harsh and unkind, and I would not return.”

“My mother has been a patient of Dr Lee's for over ten years. Now that mom is 80 her mind definitely wonders. However Dr Lee and been very patient listening to her and understanding her needs. Most of all she has had great success with the epidural injections. If you are truly having spine/arthritis problems Dr Lee is the one to see!”

“Not a patient here but I was being seen at the office directly across the parking lot from this office. Upon arrival I was yelled at by one of the employees at this location and told to park across the parking lot just one space across from where I was in order to conserve parking for their patients (there was only one patient parked in "their" parking at the time). I would have no problem moving when asked politely to do so however the gentleman working up front proceeded to run out of the front door and yell at me to move rather than asking politely and then proceeded to give me a count down to get moved. Very concerning that this is what you call the face of your practice. I'd leave less than 1 star for customer service if possible.”
