Patient Testimonials

I have degenerative issues with my spine in several places and oral meds were ineffective or had significant side effects. Because they were able to utilize treatments that I didn't know existed I have long-term consistent relief now instead of the constant up and downs that would happen with meds. And as I have continuing issues with more of my spine, I know that there are a variety of options that can give real relief in the future. They have given me three nearly pain-free years that I never expected to have and I am grateful.

Blanchard Valley Hospital pain management is a straight circus. I originally called to make an appointment for my boyfriend and I requested Dr. Kindl at the Findlay pain management and was told he doesn't work there anymore so my boyfriend ended up seeing someone else, whom it didn't go well with if you look at my previous review. Literally was told the only option was injections. I called the head lady in charge of the pain management left a message and she called back to talk to my boyfriend and he was told that surprise! YES, Dr. Kindl still practices there. Wow, that's nice their receptionists don't even know who practices there. Then she proceeded to tell him because he has a medical marijuana card and he signed an agreement with them, he can't get any opioids prescribed, he said okay I don't want opioids, what about tramadol? It's not an opioid. She was like well any controlled substances. Okay can you get your stuff straight? He honestly just wanted a cream for his pain and they can't even do that. A cream! Because it would have a controlled substance in it. What is he gonna do dry out the cream and somehow seperate all the other stuff to abuse that? Really?? Such a joke! You will be more successful going elsewhere. Apparently, you have to be on your death bed to get anywhere at this office so just steer clear of Death Valley pain management. Or you can do injections but have fun doing the trials without anesthesia everytime you have to change your insurance company.

I have meet some great staff members in PM at BVH however the doctor assigned to me is horrible. PA Loraine need to be in a different type of work. Maybe better fitted at place that kills puppies? Zero compassion. She don't care how much pain you are in. Never seen a person so emotionless to collect a paycheck for not doing a job. Avoid at all costs!!

Dr. Giedraitis is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. He lied about the prescription he was going to give my wife. He said he was going to take on her care plan exactly as it was from her former doctor, but instead cut her prescription in half. Now my wife is in pain and cannot get the correct prescription for another month due to prescription drug regulations. We had to revert back to our former doctor to get the correct prescription. The office has done nothing to help and instead has belittled my wife. They have been uncaring and cold-hearted during this whole ordeal, being more concerned about their reputation and not of my wife's well-being. I cannot recommend Blanchard Valley Hospital Pain Management. They are easily the worst pain management establishment we've ever been introduced to. If you do not liked to be talked down to, skip Blanchard Valley Hospital Pain Management.
