“Dr. Ford is exceptional. I have say the office department is a bit confusing, Make sure you have your insurance pre approved even if the office tells you it is approved. I had to pay for a shot of 600.00 out of pocket due to this. I am not sure that things are billed correctly with diagnosis codes or even billed to the correct insurance. And please do not have anything faxed there because they share their fax machine with another entity, which I am sure is a HIPAA violation. I am not saying I had any bad care. Dr. Ford is a lifesaver and has really helped me with my care. I just want people to make sure they are covered before they get any treatment.”

While we don't look forward to making the drive, the crew there make it worth it.”
