“I want to start off by saying my review is about the billing. I was very pleased with the therapy and the therapist. I started in Jan '25 and after 5 visits, I saw my EOBs from insurance and realized I'd been charged literally double. So I ask about it and basically they say they are charging the "market rate" and I'm like but you are in network, we know exactly what I'm supposed to pay. They insist they will continue over charging me and say the end of treatment I can request a refund. At this point over the course of 5 visits I have been overcharged approximately $500! That's a lot. I can not afford to keep going and overpay that much hoping to get a refund so I discontinue therapy and ask for a refund. It took literally months to even get them to start the process but they're insisting I'm owed $300 something not $500. I verify with my insurance that my total is correct. They insist it is not but won't give me any detailed accounting of how they arrived at that amount. Finally someone tells me I have a previous account (OT therapy which I have never had) in collections from a couple years ago. However, I have never been to this facility prior to 2025. There are no claims on my insurance from this place before this year. There's no orders for therapy in my medical records prior to this year. I am literally begging them to check this old account, verify who it is because it's not me. I guarantee they do not have a copy of my DL in that account. They ignore this and send me the partial refund. Here we are, now in August. Still being ignored but still trying to get my refund.”
