“The issues we have are so numerous and egregious l can't even comment wo getting so p off'd that if I had any power l would shut that office down and their mt home office as well. But they don't care that Shes bedridden w a crushed L1 , but will not return our calls , used a faulty drug screen panel which showed her positive for amphetamines which a gas chromatography test proved she wasn't , but still no pain meds , no surgery date and a dr who's there one day a week. Totally useless. Won't call us back. And a staff who can't think outside the box or even think period. The worst care we've ever received in our life. This is a 68 yr old retired IBM global executive not a drug addict. I will do everything in my power to be the biggest pain in their butt until they shut this office down or replace those employees, drs included, that are inept at their job. Apparently I'm not the only complaint. With this many complaints they definitely have a problem. If anyone would like to join me in letting them know where their problems are at just generally become a pain to them please let me know. Would love the cot. It's time drs start earing their money and lose the entitled attitude”

“Spoke to a jasmine. Who was saying I was yelling because i'm hard of hearing. Explained to her several times that that was not the case. She was very rude and disrespectful . They took over a month to get a hold of me, And then wouldn't schedule Until another month out. We're completely unreasonable when I said.I needed to be on a tuesday or a friday.”
