Patient Testimonials

On two separate occasions Dr Wild or one of his nurses has forgotten to fill a prescription. When you call the messaging service cause you run out on a weekend we're told that prescription issues aren't emergencies and they make us wait till the next business day. Normally I would agree but when you've already been asked to fill it and you can't even call to ask for the new prescription till the old one is 30 days old then you've caused the emergency. My wife has been suffering for two days now because her pain clinic can't stay on top of the prescriptions correctly.

Called to make an appointment, the lady in the "new patient scheduling " area told me they had open appointments the end of the next week. Great! I called my doctor had them send the referral to this office. Called back to schedule and now, because of my insurance they said it would be 3 months. I have been trying to call the office every day for a week and they keep sending me to voice mail. I guess my health is not as important as someone who has better insurance than I do. Maybe you shouldn't tell people you have openings until you know how much money you will make off of their insurance first. If you truly don't want to help everyone, then don't accept all insurance. Simple logic.

I originally gave this clinic a 5 star review because they successfully diagnosed and developed a treatment plan for my pain the several other doctors and physical therapist couldn't. I still stand by that. However, I'm making it three stars due to recent changes. First off, lately I have been waiting up to 90 minutes after my appointment time to receive treatment. I understand things happen from time to time and wouldn't make this complaint if it were a one time thing. More importantly, my treatment options were changed. My treatment involves a spinal injection (epidural). When I first started treatment I was able to get mild sedation during the injection. For the past year, they only offer sedation in the morning. I work 30 minutes away and can't drive after sedation. Which means I would have to use an entire vacation day. Therefore my only option is a local anesthetic, which is more painful and less effective.
