“I've been to this office for 5 years, but their lack of response to an issue I experienced has ended that. Dr Barngrover, Jesse, and Theresa are a great medical staff, but they're only as good as their office staff. The office manager and staff do not care when a patient has issues with a medication. They refused to give the medical staff messages or leave a voicemail. They told me to go to the ER, where I spent 8 hours. When I called back, they never returned a phone call. I won't be going back! Oh, and they owe me $.”

He is funny, speaks to me in a way that's as if we are on the same level and never in a condescending manner. He also treats me as a person and not a dollar sign or as a stranger which is rare these days. I usually see Jesse and I can't say enough about him!
