For someone who has insurance and can be seen in the current year with coverage was denied being seen due to a certain insurance not being covered after the first of the year and would not make an appointment until they knew what insurance was changing too. That is not right. Deny service with acceptable insurance and wanting to wait until new insurance because you don't think you would get payment. You don't care about a persons health to get better. Only money.”

Dr. A user is a very friendly, kind and caring doctor who takes his time with his patients to make sure they have everything they need before they need before they leave. The staff is very pleasant to work with. I have never experienced anything like the other review and I have to take pre test, it's all a part of the office policy, to check your levels not to see if you ate a drug addict, plus being a pain center and giving out pain medicine it is required of them to do the tedt.”

“Was super excited ta be seen here unfortunately got the run around was told that "I couldn't be seen if I was a patient at another facility " so I had that facility release my file so that I could be seen by them just ta be told now "that because iv been discharged from agusta health pain management that I can't be seen" makes absolutely 0 sense. All I want is my scs implant and ta have help managing my pain. No one out here seems ta truly care. I thought this place was gonna be different”
