I've been trying to call for over a WEEK now to talk to anyone about my mother's appointment since she's no longer fit to speak for herself and not ONCE did anyone answer the phone. a WEEK. that's over 50 calls that went unanswered and when I FINALLY got someone to answer, they put me on hold, picked it back up, didn't say a word and then hung up. I don't know what the hell is going on there, Lisa was amazing at handling the phones and now it's impossible to even get anything done without going into the office and making a Karen scene. Ridiculous.”

“Dr. Brazill and his team are amazing, they are very thorough and thoughtful. I have been to many doctors over the years and Dr. Brazill was the only doctor that actually took the time to listen to my issues and come up with a plan. He was able to give me my life back when chronic pain had stopped it. I recommend Dr Brazill and his team, his staff are amazing, Don and Amy are excellent PA's as well.”

“I've been going here for over 5 years. I started with Dr Kevin Trinh and absolutely loved him. Had surgery and didn't have to go see him for 2 years. Now I'm back and Dr Trinh has moved back to his hometown, sorry he left but I wish him well. I have seen Dr Brazil for 1 procedure and cannot say anything bad. I was scheduled with Amy for follow up and that went well but I don't particularly care to see PA's so my next visit was scheduled with Dr Brazil. He's very busy so my appt was 1.5 months out. I've called every week to see if there are any cancellations but none have been available. Finally able to get scheduled sooner with Dr Hodge (I'm hoping for the best). As far as the staff....no big issues. They have been very accommodating and helpful with scheduling and anything else. I may have had 1 incident where someone was rude but in 5 years I don't think that's a big deal. She could've been having a bad day, we all do once in a while. I have never had to wait longer than 15-20 minutes for my visits but there are others I have seen in the lobby waiting from the time I got there to the time I left....don't know why. Overall, I am happy with Dr Brazil's office. The office could use some updating but it is what it is! At least they may be getting their own surgery center in the same building. That will be a plus!”

“I followed Dr.Hodge over here when he joined the practice. Unfortunately he has long since left and it has never been the same. The support staff has always been severely under staffed. Which is overwhelming obvious. You better bring something to do when you go to your appointment you will wait for a long time!!! Then there's phone calls! You will leave message after message..... to talk to the receptionist, to make an appointment, to see if they even got your message because they haven't gotten back to you in days, to order your prescription, to see if they got your message because they haven't gotten back to you in days, and so on. If you have to get a 'prior oth' plan to have back up medication . And make darn sure you answer ANY & ALL calls you receive from them. After speaking to someone in person, 11 separate phone calls, 2 voice mail (or 3). I was told by one of the back support staff "Well I did call you back yesterday. You didn't pick up.". During the same call I was informed that they do not have an Office Manager. I have only met Dr a few times, he is very knowledgeable. The NP's are all so kind and personable. They (and not planning ahead) have kept me here. Not anymore. On to researching doctors”
