“I have been attempting to make an appointment for the past 2 weeks, pushing 3 weeks. I've had to call everyday to check up on the status of my referral from my primary MD, which was faxed last week. The nurse has yet to call me to discuss scheduling an appointment. I have only spoken to the front desk. I am not satisfied with the way I continue to get pushed off. I understand the computer system has an issue but I also don't feel that they are tending to it in a timely manner. I am looking into another location as I I'm not happy with the service or care I'm receiving.”

“This was one of the worst experiences I've had since moving to Connecticut and with the healthcare system. Up until this point I've been in awe of how kind and organized everyone has been. First, I show up and no one but the front desk lady is particularly friendly. I was reduced to giving one word answers because my being nice was almost immediately shut down. They made me fill out a big packet of paperwork at home and didn't even ask for it. The doctor came in texting, barely acknowledged me when we started our appointment and at that point everything was civil. I was not expecting much. A few minutes in he got a phone call and barely excused himself before putting it to his ear and rushing out. He came back a few moments later and I was expecting he had a medical/family emergency. No. His adult son was moving to college and was having issues. I don't even answer calls when I'm in my accounting meetings. This is a doctor. The appointment got progressively worse the more questions I had and he clearly did not have time for me. I was not rude, but when he got short with me I knew I wasn't getting anywhere and would rather have not wasted my time. I just ended up giving him the information he wanted to hear and that was that. I should have left the moment I found out the phone call wasn't life or death. I just didn't matter.”
