“I scheduled an appointment at this clinic specifically for a TB blood test and a flu shot, which I clearly communicated when booking. I even had this exact test done here last year, so I expected a routine visit. They gave me a Tuesday 5:30 PM appointment. When I arrived, I checked in and was told by the nurse that the TB blood test "doesn't exist"--which is not only incorrect but absurd, considering this same clinic performed the test on me previously. After some confusion, they admitted the test does exist but said their lab closes at 5:30 and that blood draws are only done on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings. This scheduling conflict is entirely their mistake--they scheduled me for a test at a time when they knew or should have known they couldn't perform it. Despite this error, they still charged me $125 plus additional costs just for a flu shot--a service that typically costs $20-$50 at most pharmacies without insurance. I asked for the visit cost to be reduced to reflect the services actually provided, especially given that the primary reason for my visit was not fulfilled due to their oversight. They refused. This kind of disorganized, dismissive approach to patient care and billing is unacceptable. If you're considering this clinic, be aware that they may waste your time and still charge you full price for services they can't or won't deliver. I won't be returning, and I strongly recommend others look elsewhere.”

“Worst facility in town! Do not go here. Their billing office is a complete circus and the care is subpar, to say the least. Their billing office doesn't send bills out for years after services! They harassed me and turned me into collections for a bill for $180 from 3 years ago after they mixed it up with billing the incorrect insurance company for months. Which I had to fix for them by personally holding a conference call between them, the insurance company, and their supervisors, because they refused to submit the bill to the right insurance company for months - pathetic. It was a complete disaster that lasted for years - HAHA! I could write a novel about all of the bad things with this office, but just know that you have been warned. It has turned to trash since Dr. Babson left.”
