“They asked for 5 star reviews that's the 1st red flag. They don't bill insurance and have you seek reimbursement after paying cash for your visits. I have not received one reimbursement. Finally and most notably they are judgmental and question you on your medication usage ( I've never failed one urine test and been taking pain meds for 13 years). They don't know how to take clinical notes and when you get frustrated with the whole process they discharge you from their clinic and state that YOU are the problem. The worst experience in all the years of going to different clinics to manage my pain. Deborah ( operations manager) & Dr. Tamara McDonald are the absolute worst in the whole Valley!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Don't believe any response they try and post in response to this review cause I'm sure their egos will get hurt by this review!”
