“I had a disappointing experience at this office. From the front desk staff to Dr. Smith, who turned me away. As a new patient, I was told to arrive at 3:00 PM for a 3:45 appointment, but I arrived at 3:28 with 17 pages of forms to fill out most of which were signature pages. Initially, the office manager seemed supportive, but her attitude changed after speaking with the doctor. Her response to my situation was dismissive, merely stating that the staff offered another appointment time. That doesn't address the real issue. Your office needs to clearly communicate arrival times and provide new patient documentation in advance. Patients deserve to be treated with compassion, not assumptions. Not everyone is there for pain medications; we're all individuals with different needs.”

“I waited to get appt. For Two weeks, and then 1/2 hour in office filling out paperwork. All this was to get mme back on schedule with pain meds from May 24, 2024. I had a knee replacement on 6/3/24 and then inffectio caused another operation to clean out the Mrsa. So Dr. Dallas made my new appt. Chai for take over of my meds again from orthopedic doctor.. he refused to take me or help me have meds to find new doctor. So he didnot give me a discharge letter either I had only 2 days of meds on a Thursday appt. No meds, no letter of discharge, and made me find a new doctor. I have extremely bad arthritis knees, hips and back left with no pain pills..All that pain and no help”
