“I really appreciated the kindness and concern that Dr.Sharma had for my pain. He was very thorough in getting to know my case and understanding my pain issues. I suggest that the office send the 18 page packet either electronically or through the mail before the appointment. It currently must be completed when you get there. It took an hour and a half to complete the 18 pages. I didn't have all of my information with me and I had to guess to the best of my ability in order to complete it. I have had 4 strokes that affected my memory. I was glad my husband was there so that he could help me.”
