“You want to know my experience here it is! For TWO DAYS I tried to call and make an appointment TWO DAYS! Whenever I call it gives you the options and I press 0 for making an appointment it will ring like 4 times and then after that GOES TO VOICEMAIL for you to leave a MESSAGE! What kind of nonsense is this? I have never seen this with ANY other doctors office that when you call they don't pick up the phone you leave a voice-mail and they will get back to you when THEY want. That is ridiculous, a doctors office phone is supposed to ring and ring until you get on the phone with someone thats how it works! I even tried EVERY LINE option that they give and NO ONE answers the phone! This place has the worst secretary I have ever came in encounter with! And I am a NEW patient I was sent here by Dr.Ramsey Hammoud, but I will be going else where now. I do NOT recommend this Dr.s office and it's a shame that I have to go somewhere else because I'm sure the Doctors are great here, but their secretary is ruining their reputation and business! THEY ARE RUINING YOU'R NAMES DR.ATEEQ K. REHMAN, MD and DR.MUZAFFAR K. AWAN, P.T., MD (Which is the Dr. I was suppose to see) good job secretary!”
