“Had an appointment scheduled for today for a steroid epidural and called two days ago for a possible reschedule if I couldn't find anyone to come with me but was never able to speak with anyone. I sent a message through MyChart to reschedule and was greeted with rudeness from their scheduling lady. When I found someone to come with me, I checked MyChart to tell said person what time my appointment was and realized it was gone. I called the office again yesterday and was told that their scheduling lady had canceled it without even speaking to me. Was also told she would call me early yesterday morning and waited all day with no call back. I have had back issues since 2018 that have just gotten significantly worse over the years and to the point where I needed to do something about it as soon as possible. I've waited months to get this epidural just for it to be canceled without even being spoken to. I will be going elsewhere since this place doesn't care about their patients whatsoever. Thank you for letting me to continue being in pain 24/7, it's greatly appreciated!”
