Patient Testimonials

A bit unprofessional. I understand the whole covid thing is happening but noone answers the phone and yet they have a no show fee. I left voicemails and took a week to get a call back. The accent on the caller was thick so I kept asking her to repeat her self and I notice her frustration. I apologized. I came in for the appointment and, if you all about doctors making you feel comfortable you will feel right out of place as soon as you walk in and try to get check-in. Maybe I came at a bad time. Make it 3 stars the doctor is okay. I'm leaving a review because when my doctor gave me the information for this clinic I was not able to find any information online.

On my first appointment i checked in and waited over an hour before i could go in because they "couldnt find me" in the waiting room. At the end of that i made an appointment to come back, on my second appointment i checked in and they told me that i didnt have an appointment scheduled in their system. Due to me "not having an appointment" i had to wait 30 minutes to be seen when the office was empty the entire time.

I have been a patient of Dr. Bathina for over 10 years and he has kept my pain tolerable

Wow, just called this office and they answered the phone by saying "Hello?" I had to ask if I was calling Aurora Pain Clinic.
