Patient Testimonials

I had a 1030 appointment checked in by 1025 was sitting in exam room for a hour i went to front desk to informed that ive been waiting and no one has came in nor said anything to me then the receptionist then goes to check and i can hear them laughing still after 10mins. Receptionist never came back out i paid my co pay and didnt get any services this is unacceptable in the health care the appointment was only a consultation i will be requesting different location for my rescheduling and a more reputable physician for my care i can barely walk and now to have a even longer wait for help UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!

No privacy when checking in, staff escalate things quickly and make things exceptionally worse instead of having empathy and listening skills. No respect for health and well-being at all

I recently started Physical Therapy here for severe tension headaches and extreme stress tightness in my neck, jaw and upper back. Heidi is amazing, super professional, nice and relaxing to talk to. I actually look forward to my appointments and in the short time I've seen her so far she's really already making a difference and I can tell. Great staff. I also have an 11 month old and they have been kind enough to tell me if I have sitter issues I can bring him with and their staff will watch him for me during my appointments! That's above and beyond if you ask me! Beautiful facility also.

My grandma has been coming here with my deaf aunt for her appointments for years now and for the most part the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Today in the other hand was not the case. Their (I'm guessing new) so called nurse, DIANE, was absolutely disgusting towards them. My sister tagged along with my grandma and aunt today for my aunts appointment to help translate, as they do not know English. Right off the bat, Diane refused to let anyone in other than my aunt. My sister explained to her that my aunt not only didn't know English, but also was deaf, couldn't sign and could barely understand other people talk. I guess this information went in one ear and out the other because Diane couldn't seem to understand. She finally let my sister in, but refused to let my grandma in. That was ok, nothing to fuss about. While in the room Diane insisted that my aunt say her DOB. Once again, my sister explained to Diane that she couldn't speak English or speak well at all. Diane pushed the idea of getting an interpreter even thought my sister was there and could translate. (My aunt understands my grandma better and can communicate with her, but that was not a choice since Diane didn't let her in with them.) Throughout the whole interaction Diane was rude. I've never heard of anything like it in this facility. I'm not going to suggest not to come here, all I'm saying is if you get Diane as your nurse request someone else if possible. She shouldn't even be working with people if that is what she treats her patients like. Everyone else that works there is great!
