“So yesterday I was supposed to have a check up appointment. Well whomever was working the front desk was just filling in-well she could not input my new Medicaid card into the computer system. She supposedly called to verify benefits/coverage. She was not able to find the right information into the computer so I told her I would just leave without being seen. So I left in a lot of pain w/o being seen. I called Partners/Medicaid and they do accept it. They told me that I should'nt have been turned away. Now I keep trying to call them back to reschedule another appt. and noone will answer the phone..i have left 2 messages and still have not recieved a call back. I am beyond frustrated and in pain! I guess I will keep on calling until someone will answer me?!!!!! Or go some place else.”
