What Patients Say
Patient Testimonials
“I cannot say enough good things about Dr Bullard and his fellows. He has improved my pain tremendously and always makes me feel heard. My concerns are addressed quickly and he explained procedures and education in a way that I understand. I do recommended him for sure to my friends or family needing his help. I drive an hour from my house to be seen in his office and it is 100% worth it.”

“My husband has had five back surgeries and has a ten-level fusion with extensive hardware. We saw Dr Hamsher for a pain management consultation so my husband could have his internal pain pump re-installed and managed. Dr Hamsher was wonderful BUT he told us there are "politics" associated with pain pumps and that in order for him to do the pain pump, my husband would have to be off his oral opiates for six weeks. If my husband could be off oral opiates for six weeks and still manage activities of daily living like bathing, eating, etc. HE WOULD NOT NEED A PAIN PUMP!!!!! His PCP and spine surgeon could not believe such a ridiculous policy, no doubt made by pencil-pushing administrators who never see patients and have no idea what they are going through. I suggest you find a different pain management facility, as this one cares NOTHING about patients! Avoid Atrium and go to Novant Health instead. To the "owner's" response to my review.......you have his information, including his phone number. If you were so concerned about making things better, YOU would have someone reach out to HIM. You want HIM to waste more of his time to reach out to YOUR customer service line so they can learn how to make things better??? Again, you are ridiculous!!!! You have the complaint right here. YOU do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No wonder all the negative reviews on here. Your "politics" are a joke. You care nothing about the patients.”

“My 93 year old mother is a patient of Dr. Brooks for her severe arthritis and she is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. She is patient, personable, genuine and gives excellent care to my mother. Dr. Brooks always listens, questions and interacts with her kindly. I never write reviews but was shocked by the negative comments and felt a fair review was in order from someone who does not seek narcotic drugs. Thank you Dr. Brooks for your excellent service to your patients.”
