“They called me to see if I was coming back to see them. I was a new patient and I have high blood pressure because of nerve damage and she wanted me to go er and I been in the er 3x in one week. I had a little migraine because of the rain of driving in it. I was trying to get help with my pain for my blood pressure to go down to be told I need to go to the er. How can my BP go down without help from them. Now they called to reschedule me but I told them I want someone else and I got hang up on very rude. Very rude people and don't care about you.”

“Complete waste of time and money. I was referred here by my primary care doctor. I didn't even get to see a doctor, I saw a nurse practitioner. They did absolutely nothing to help alleviate my pain. In fact, when I ask the nurse what I was supposed to do between now and the next appointment, which will be at least a month away, she just looked at me. I asked her,. I just supposed to sit with this excruciating pain in the meantime and her answer was literally yes.. What kind of health care professional says that to a patient? I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. This is my first time with atrium health and if this is the way they treat their patients it will probably be my last.”

“This is not concerning Dr. Ava or her staff. . This is concerning the lady that books the appointments. This is not the first time this certain lady has been rude to me. Very unprofessional. I told her that she was rude and she added it to my chart that I was the rude one which is not correct. You can't just talk to people anyway you want. Dr Ava and all her staff are great and they do everything they can to help their patients.”
