“I do not go here and will not say who my husband is. Things use to go great now they are not calling in scripts. We are so busy and behind they will when they can. Really you can not just call in scripts and have people do with out. It's atrim fault but still hire someone to do just that. 2 days and still no meds have been called in. People will get sick from not having it not to mention the pain. It's time to make big phone calls.”

“I came here in good faith and asked for some relief from the 24hr a day pain from scoliosis and DDD that i have been living with for years. I asked for medication since my dr said she cant prescribe what I need and sent me here. The Dr refused to prescribe me any meds but instead sold me me on a procedure (needles in my back) that he was oh so sure would work. Not only didn't it work, my back started aching minimally at first and progressively got worse until I got to a point that I couldn't move. I cannot sit. I cannot stand or walk without screaming pain and I mean, I am screaming and crying in pain. I could barely get myself to the restroom. Which is literally a few feet from me. I'm home alone all day upstairs in my bed and have to wait for the mercy of someone to come home in the evening and give me something to eat and drink. I was so desperate on Friday that they had to call an ambulance for me to take me to the hospital. The hospital gave me pain medication, supposedly along with muscle relaxers, and nothing helped or worked. They even gave me a percocet. They did a CT scan on me and said that they don't see anything and wheeled me onto the sidewalk to sit on a bench so that I can call an Uber. I went to my doctor's office who wasn't available. So I saw another doctor. Who also did nothing for me? I called the pain management clinic asked for the doctor that I saw, who wasn't there and was told that they dont do walk-ins. But no one got back to me here which was still on Friday. It is Tuesday. I'm still begging for help from anyone. Because all I am hearing is I need to go to physical therapy, but I keep asking them how can I go to physical therapy If I can't get there? I can't sit down to get dressed. I can't comb my hair. I can't walk. Im thinking a nerve was damaged. How am I going to get downstairs? Getting up the stairs with the help of my daughter was so hard because as i got up to the top my legs gave out and i fell out completely on the ground. But im supposed to get in a car and drive somewhere? I called back the pain clinic today, and all i'm hearing is I have a follow up on the 21st. I said, I'm okay with the follow-up. I just need something to help me with this excruciating pain that I have been dealing with for about 10 days and I have no way to get to my follow-up appointment. No, one is listening to me. No, one will prescribe me anything. The doctor says he has to see me in person before he can prescribe me something. But when I was there in his office, he refused to even entertain the idea. Now I am suffering with no idea of how I'm going to get to this follow-up appointment in the next 10 or 11 days. I guess I'm supposed to lay here and suffer some more? another 10 or 11 days? Im starting to feel like a nerve in my back was messed up at this visit and now I cant find one single person to help me. I wish I read the reviews before I came instead of trusting my Dr. that sent me here. I will tell everyone I know not to ever come here.”

“Complete waist of time. I read the notes. They were horrible from the nurse and the doctor. They start with the assumption of drug seeking and go from there and the notes from the nurse to the doctor are full of mistakes, misquotes and assumptions. This place steals money from those desperately hurting. They profit off of the hope of relief, but they only sell disrespect and incompetence. I wish all the pain that they disregard on them and theirs and take comfort in the knowledge that Karma is a thing. This place truly sucks.... Dr. Hancock and his nurse flat out LIE in their notes Someone needs to sue. These notes go on to other REAL pain doctors who will take them at face value. This goes beyond incompetence and into malicious disregard for the SOPs of pain management and medical practice in general. If you want to be slandered and have your pain management record and future destroyed, Atrium is the place for you”
