“Find another facility...Skinny Asian lady that pretends to a step in for doctor cook is extremely racist ... not only will they knock u down on the medicine you've been on for years and have history of using it ... but will force you to find your correct amount of medication somewhere else... when ask to speak to doctor cook my original doctor not her ... she says I have to speak to her or she will kick me out ... I've been on my medication for 5 + years so for u to keep knocking me down lower n lower on a medication that's highly addictive forces a person to turn elsewhere which is safe to say the Asian lady is turn us black n color people into addicts and that is unacceptable and she needs to be removed and looking into for further reviewing”
