“Not only was I scolded by the nurse practitioner during my last visit for seeing another provider in a pinch, I was referred to the wrong hospital for testing, the medication discussed was never sent to the pharmacy, and they want to do a follow-up call instead of a visit but they bill the same amount for calls as visits. $95 for a phone call! Also, I'm a self-paying patient who doesn't need approvals for medication from insurance, but the NP was concerned about sticking to medications with easy approvals.”
