“Dr Henry is always amazing- when you can see him. Otherwise it's a PA that simply just writes scripts.. when they feel like it. A few of which are really unpleasant as well. Communication in this office is worse than hellish.. there isZERO accountability or Communication on their end whatsoever. There is absolutely no way of even speaking to a human even when there is an urgent matter. If I could find just a 1 Dr. pain management office that would have some integrity and respect for real patient care, Iwould leave. I am stuck in a hopeless pit here. I hear Dr Henry is leaving soon, if that's true, I would definitely say run. Without him there is no hope offered there. Well it's 3 months later and unfortunately I have no choice but to alter my views with Dr Henry. It is unfortunate doctors can no longer make money writing for opiates, but for those of us that depend on them to have any sort of quality of life, I cannot say, go see Dr Henry.. No, the word that comes to mind is, RUN. Do NOT GO HERE. I wish I'd have read reviews prior to actually having to fight to get into Dent. They are all true. Dr only cares when it suits him, and the PAs-smh- the only half decent one is Tyler. Stephanie is a complete nightmare. She will be sorry for treating me the way she did. She is demeaning, rude like she's got a shovel up her butt, and condescending speaking to you like you're stupid. Don't tolerate it! File a formal complaint, locally and federally. That is your right! It's too bad the policies and the staff at dent are as they are and have stained what was once probably a very promising doctor. I imagine at this point he feels stuck as it's too late in the game to start fresh. Serves him right for allowing the staff at his practice to treat patients so horrendously. Even the "compliance" lady Tara cannot be bothered to return a phone call, let alone answer one. Glad I am done with this place, but seriously, if you're considering pain management here, just RUN.”

“I was a loyal patient for almost 20 years. He has helped me so much to manage my pain. 2 months ago he and Dr frost, and Stephanie the PA decided to terminate me as a patient immediately with out a care plan going forward. I have been in the most pain in my life with no where to turn. Please don't trust this team. You are just number and they don't care at all about you as a person. There are no other doctors accepting new patients so just be careful you don't get in a good health state to just have it pulled from underneath you. This has been the hardest part of my life.”

“I'm writing because I recently received a letter making me aware Dr. Henry would no longer be with "Dent Neurologic Institute". This notification was heartbreaking due to the fact Dr. Henry has been nothing more than a "gift FrOM GOD" for me personally. I suffered for years with chronic pain from multiple spine, (disc herniations) I've had three disc surgeries and have been diagnosed with may other causes for my pain. I've had botched surgeries and the results of an automobile accident that nearly killed me and an emergency colostomy with reversal surgery that left me living in CONSTANT PAIN until I found Dr. Asraf Henry, he finally prescribed me with the care I needed and he made my life bearable.
